Curried Chicken Pasta Salad

Yummy! I tried a new recipe for dinner and the family loved it.
Now that there are only 3 left at home we have enough leftovers for another whole meal!
Now it's your turn to try it.

3 lbs Chicken, boiled and shredded
6 oz. bow-tie pasta, cooked and drained
4 whole ribs celery, leaves included, thinly sliced
3/4 c. Craisins
3/4 c. slivered Almonds
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1/2 c. Sour Cream
1 c. Heavy Cream
3 - 4 T. Curry Powder, to taste
1 T. sugar, to taste
1 t. Pink Himalayan Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Boil chicken and use broth to boil pasta.
Shred chicken and drain pasta.
Combine chicken, pasta, celery, craisins, and almonds in a large bowl.
Whisk together remaining ingredients until well combined.
Pour curry sauce over chicken combination and fold with rubber spatula.
Chill thoroughly.
