Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

What do you do with all the pumpkin seeds in the pumpkins?

We roast them!

Clean them off but you don't need to scrub.
Spread them single layer in a cookie sheet.
I used my stoneware bar pan.

Sprinkle with a salty seasoning of your choice.

Roast in oven at 400 until toasted.
If you use a pan that is not stoneware you need to stir occasionally.
