Time to clean out the fridge!
I was away for an entire week. I left food for my chickie but forgot she doesn't eat mushrooms or feta.
Yummy!
Sauteed the mushrooms and garlic.
Fried a corn torilla in virgin coconut oil.
Scrambled two eggs with about 1T. water for fluffiness.
Added some mushrooms and garlic herb feta.
It's really not that hard to just cook for one.
Cool - It's gluten free too.
